I would like to thank you very much indeed for your visit a few days ago with Ms Morgan and for subsequently arranging to repair the damage done to my non-communal hall window.

Yesterday, Ms Morgan called to make a convenient appointment and today - absolutely on the  dot! -  Timbercare`s  Justin came along with his glazier and took the time to come up and be certain his workman understood exactly what was to be done.

Additionally, Justin followed up later in the morning with a second visit to check the work was to standard and, furthermore, immediately - and without my having to ask - sent in another worker, Costa, to do a touch-up paint job to the frame and window casement so I didn't have to think of waiting in again for this to be done on another day. It was wonderful!

I had expected the worst, imagining I'd be here for hours trying to clean up after the work was done (I was certain it would be a difficult and messy operation), but the windows were removed very carefully and carried outside where the messy work was done. Also, clean dust sheets and protective plastic were put in place before work began, and all was left vacumed and impressively clean before your men left - Justin, himself, made sure this was so.

I was truly grateful and would like very much to congratulate you on the high standard of work today. Thank you very much, indeed: job well done!

Best wishes to you and your team (Justin, Evardas (have I got that right?!), Timbercare and Ms Morgan), and thank you again,

Sincerely, Sharon Ryman

Buckingham Palace Windows

Buckingham Palace We had the great pleasure in refurbishing 30 windows to the Quadrangle of Buckingham Palace. Timbercare were contracted to CWO that received the initial Royal appointment, the works were a success and we were invited to a Royal presentation - where the Queen personally formally thanked each and every person that worked on the quadrangle.

Timbercare received a letter from the Head architects stating that our works had been formally recognised by the Royal Household.
